Session formats shaped by purpose, not hype

Each workshop module is a self-contained educational unit. Select the format that aligns with your group's experience level and available time — all sessions rely exclusively on bodyweight movement. No outcome guarantees are made.

Service scope: Workshops listed below are instructor-led fitness education sessions. They are not physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, or medically supervised exercise. Pricing shown represents starting rates in USD — a written quote is provided before any purchase is confirmed.
